Dr. Barbara Schramm’s family law work focuses mainly on German and international family law (representation in divorce proceedings; equalisation of pension rights and amendments to such arrangements; preparing prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, divorce agreements, division of jointly owned assets), the law of extra-marital cohabitation (preparation of cohabitation agreements; representation and advice at the end of the relationship, including the division of jointly owned assets or assertion of settlement claims under civil law).
In inheritance law she advises on the drafting of wills and contracts of inheritance, the distribution of estates and compulsory portion issues as well as on lifetime donations and succession planning.
