Benedikt Bögle’s practice is focused on employment law, commercial law and inheritance law.

His practice covers all issues of individual and collective employment law. This includes extrajudicial advice, the drafting of contracts and representation before court. A particular focus of his advice is on the co-determination rights of works councils as well as the individual entitlements of works council members.

In commercial law, Benedikt Bögle assists companies in all matters of civil law.

The focus of his work in inheritance law includes succession planning during life, advice on the drafting of wills and inheritance contracts, but also judicial and extrajudicial support in legal disputes after the death of the testator.
