Tonia Mittermaier's legal practice focuses on national and international family law. The area of expertise covers, in particular, advice in case of a separation as well as the representation in divorce proceedings including any subsequent matter such as alimony, matrimonial property law, pension equalization and child matters.
Tonia Mittermaier completed her studies in Munich. During her legal clerkship, she worked for SSW in Munich and the German Embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as doing an internship in Brussels, Belgium.
