Timm Frauenknecht’s practice focuses on employment law and family law.

In employment law he deals with all aspects of collective and individual employment law, both in an out-of-court advisory capacity and by representing clients before all instances of the employment courts throughout Germany.

In family law, his activities focus on advising clients on separation as well as representation in divorce proceedings, including all ancillary matters such as alimony, marital property law, equalisation of pension rights and child custody cases.
