Jessica Bucher advises on all areas of intellectual property law, in particular trademark and competition law. She manages international and national trademark portfolios, develops intellectual property strategies, and advises on the registration and enforcement of intellectual property rights in administrative and court proceedings. She represents clients in oppositions, appeals, and cancellation proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). She has a particular interest in the protection and enforcement of trade secrets. Jessica also drafts contracts in the areas of IP and IT.

During her legal clerkship, she worked at an international commercial law firm and in the legal department of a global pharmaceutical company.
