As an IP lawyer, Danielle concentrates on trademark and competition law. She handles international and national trademark portfolios, develops IP strategies and advises on the registration and assertion of IP rights in administrative and judicial proceedings. She represents clients in objection, cancellation and annulment proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
