Danielle Hertneck advises innovative companies on the distribution of their technologies and software products and is well versed in all contractual and procedural matters relating to IT projects, in particular software licence agreements, cloud-based agreements and all contractual frameworks in the field of digitalisation.

In the outsourcing context, Danielle advises on regulatory requirements, above all in the banking and insurance industries.

As an IP lawyer, Danielle concentrates on trademark and competition law. She handles international and national trademark portfolios, develops IP strategies and advises on the registration and assertion of IP rights in administrative and judicial proceedings. She represents clients in objection, cancellation and annulment proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
