Lawyer (m/f/d) in the area of IT-/IP-law

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Lawyer (all genders welcome) specializing in IT/IP law, in particular:

• IT contract law and

• copyright law (focus on collecting societies, license agreement law, enforcement) as well as

• trademark law (consulting, registration and monitoring, litigation)

We are looking for a new team player in Munich, on a permanent basis and preferably full-time.

If you are interested in commercial mandates covering the entire spectrum from contract negotiations and drafting to litigation, we are the right fit for you. The position we are looking to fill revolves around software projects, copyright law, trademark law, and other IT/IP topics. If you already have a specialization, perfect! We will find a field of application for your interests and inclinations. If not, you will learn from professionals and we will see what suits you best.
