To support our family law department (consisting of 17 lawyers, including 13 specialist lawyers for family law), we are looking for a full-time or part-time (at least 20 hours/week)

We advise our clients and their families on a wide range of legal matters relating to family and kinship. We know that family conflicts require a high degree of empathy and always seek out-of-court solutions. The amicable resolution of conflicts is always our priority.

What you can expect from us
- Assisting with partner mandates (drafting pleadings, expert opinions and contract drafts)
- Attending court hearings and meetings
- Collaborating on legal publications (discussions of decisions, short articles, other literature projects)
- Drafting and negotiating contracts
- Managing your own mandates

What we are looking for
- You are a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with at least satisfactory exam results
- You have completed a specialist training course in family law or are willing to complete one as soon as possible
- Fluent speaking/writung in foreign languages (especially business English) are an advantage
- You are a team player, committed and always willing to think outside the box
- You work independently, carefully and in a structured manner
- You are confident in using common office applications
- You have a friendly and confident manner and are highly professional when dealing with others at all times
